Commercial organization (Sellers) can easily register on MidEBid.com. The process requires the Seller to submit: a valid e-mail address, contact information, business affiliation. 1. Go to www. MidEBid.com and click on the ‘Register As’ button. 2. On the MidEBid Registration page, click the ‘Register As Seller’ button. 3. Complete the Seller registration form and click the ‘Continue’ button. 4. On the Confirm Registration page review all information entered. If changes need to be made, click the ‘Edit’ button. If the information is complete and correct as entered, click the ‘Submit Registration’ button. 5. MidEBid will review the Seller registration and will contact the Seller in order to ensure the Seller i) has requisite authority to perform procurement actions, and ii) is an active employee of his or her registered organization. 6. MidEBid will then activate the Seller account and send to the Seller an email with confirmation. After this process, the Seller can begin using MidEBid.com.

As long as you are a MidEBid subscriber you can click on ‘download’ and documents uploaded by a Buyer will be downloaded.

A supplier will receive the document in the format that was initially uploaded (Word, Excel, etc.) However, if there were multiple documents uploaded, once a supplier clicks “download all”, the documents are downloaded in the Winzip format. A free evaluation version can be downloaded from the website (www.winzip.com) which is required to extract the files. Once the files are extracted, they can be opened in the document format (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.).

You must register (fill out a Sellers’s application) your company on MidEBid.com, and you will receive due diligence forms prior to Purchase Awards.

You must be a MidEBid.com member to list your company in the Sellers Directory. If you’re a member, you can access the directory after your login to MidEBid.com. Сlick on the 'Profile” link on the left hand side to setup your profile and save

If you click the ' Watched Bids' link for any of the bids you are looking at, the bid information will be added to your portfolio list to help you keep track of the bids you are interested in pursuing. You can access this list after your login.

The reasons for completing the vendor application can be easily summed up: You complete the application to put your company name in front of buyers who may be looking to buy the products or services you sell! Purchasing departments buy numerous types of goods and services. When they are getting ready to buy something they may be aware of various vendors who provide that particular product or service and they may ask those vendors to provide them with a bid. If the purchasing department is not aware of your company, or of the products and services you provide, you will not be notified when that purchasing department is looking to purchase that type of product or service. This means that you may be missing out on business opportunities!
